Two equal parties with a common goal

Recruitment and selection are conducted between two equals jointly seeking to establish a sound basis on which to make a decision that will benefit and please both parties in the future. That is our aim, at any rate.

We base our recruitment activities and our business development activities on a code of ethical conduct. Our success is based on trust.

ASPIRE - Code of Ethical Conduct

  • ASPIRE treats all candidates individually and respectfully;

  • ASPIRE’s personality test is always followed up by an interview that includes verbal feedback for the candidate;

  • ASPIRE is under an obligation to have the consent of the candidate before passing on any information to the client;

  • ASPIRE does not check references until we have obtained the advance permission of the candidate;

  • ASPIRE seeks to provide a high level of information to both the candidate and the client as regards the development and current status of the process;

  • ASPIRE keeps its business areas distinctly separate to prevent unethical confusion from arising.

Statutory provisions

We are certified by the Danish Data Protection Agency to conduct recruitment activities and to store confidential data.

The statutory instruments of the Data Protection Agency provide proper protection for both client and candidate.  We are required by law to obtain written consent before passing on information about the candidate to the client. The Data Protection Agency also sets standards that determine which information we may record in our files. www.datatilsynet.dk
