Executive Search - Our Process

Preliminary analysis
We work closely together with the company to develop a recruitment strategy based on focused interviews. Acquiring in-depth knowledge is crucial before starting our research. This is where our sector-specific knowledge of and insight into the entire value chain benefit us. The recruitment strategy comprises a job description, a personal profile and a recruitment plan.

Research
Our search is the core of our recruitment process. We find the best candidates via our own selection of candidates and our sector network. A search usually takes four to six weeks, depending on the degree of difficulty.

Interviews
Before presenting candidates to our client, each candidate will have been interviewed on our premises to identify their qualifications, supported by a personality test. We use MPA (Master Person Analysis) as our testing application. After final validation, we present the most suitable candidates to the client. The presentation usually takes place in our facilities subject to full confidentiality.

Conclusion
We also contribute to the final process of further interviews and finalising contract negotiations. The candidate can rest assured that the greatest possible consideration for ethics and discretion will be taken during the process. As our client’s representative, we make sure that all candidates have a constructive experience.
