Preliminary analysis
We interview the future employee’s supervisor to define the position and the professional and personal qualifications required. Occasionally we also interview the future employee’s co-workers to understand the expectations and requirements the new employee will encounter and which are a prerequisite for his/her success.
We draw up a recruitment plan, which includes a job posting. The degree of anonymity is jointly determined with the client. We discuss a media plan to make sure we reach the prospective candidates.
Recruitment administration
We attend to aspects such as application administration, convening interviews, providing feedback, writing rejection letters, etc. The client can entrust us with responsibility for the entire process.
Interview & employment
We conduct the first interview, possibly in collaboration with the company. A subsequent personality test supplements our validation and selection of candidates based on the initial interview. We use MPA (Master Person Analysis) as our testing application.
The most suitable candidates are then introduced to the company at a second interview where job profile and expectations are clarified. The company gets the opportunity to add an in-depth interview before finally deciding which candidate to choose.
Reference checks are the final aspect of the recruitment process. Also, we will gladly assist in the contract negotiation process, if the company wishes.
